"97 year old client kept forgetting to take her medication, CallAssist now phone twice a day and she now takes her tablets 90% of the time. The back up system, where we receive a call if she doesn’t answer her phone is very reassuring. We don’t see any way the service can be improved.

"I was advised to contact CallAssist as my dad has early dementia and is forgetting to take his medication. CallAssist ring 3 times a day when he should take his meds and this has been a really helpful reminder. Dad gets the call and immediately does it. He doesn’t know how to access his keypad on his mobile as he keeps forgetting but that’s ok. I just get a text whenever he hasn’t acknowledged the call and can ring and check he’s ok.
